RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY

We know how hard it can be to find the right size in swimwear, especially when shopping online. This being said, we are happy to exchange your full priced purchase for another size or another style. We do not offer refunds.

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the RETURN PROCESS below. Items must be sent back to us within 7 DAYS of delivery. All items must be received unworn, unwashed, and with tags and hygienic liner still attached. 

We are not responsible for shipping and handling fees during the return process. We do not refund duty or taxes if you return a product on which duty and taxes have been paid for. Additional shipping costs will be charged to you every time an item is exchanged.  

If you've received the wrong size, colour, style, or a manufacturing defect to the merchandise, we will waiver the shipping fees.  

* ALL SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED ITEMS AND ITEMS PURCHASED USING A PROMOTION CODE ARE FINAL AND NO  EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS 

 

EXCHANGE  PROCESS

-Please email us at orders@soulsticeswim.com with your name, the name of the item(s) you purchased and their sizes. Include the size you would like to exchange the item for as well.

-We will then give you the necessary details to complete the exchange process.

-Returns must be sent back in their original condition.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure your item(s) are sent back via registered post as we are not responsible for lost exchanges if you do not have a tracking number or proof of shipping.
