We know how hard it can be to find the right size in swimwear, especially when shopping online. This being said, we are happy to exchange your full priced purchase for another size.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the RETURN PROCESS below. Items must be sent back to us within 7 DAYS of delivery. All items must be received unworn, unwashed, and with tags and hygienic liner still attached.
We are not responsible for shipping and handling fees during the return process. We do not refund duty or taxes if you return a product on which duty and taxes have been paid for. Additional shipping costs will be charged to you every time an item is exchanged.
If you've received the wrong size, colour, style, or a manufacturing defect to the merchandise, we will waiver the shipping fees.

1. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the name of the item(s) you purchased and their sizes. Include the size you would like to exchange the item for as well.
2. Repackage your order in its original bags and condition.
